The apples are sourced from 100% Ontario orchards, with the majority of apples being McIntosh. Natural hops have been added to enhance the flavour profile. Fresh clean ripe apple notes rise from the crackling cider. Delicate bubbles dance on the off-dry palate and flavours of fresh juicy apple and a touch of hops fill the mouth. Tangy fresh apple flavours brighten the finish. Fabulous sipper or enjoy with pork and ham dishes, turkey burgers, chicken fingers, spicy shrimp skewers and salty appetizers.

500ml bottle from the LCBO that pours a clean, light yellow colour with a fizzy white cap. Mild apple nose from the freshly squeeze fruits, with a touch of hops. This hopped cider also shows in the taste with the light apples and a nice dryness in the finish. Says sugar is added, but the hops seem to balance not having a sweet taste. Just fruity. The sweet notes only come out in the aromas later. Very easy drinking cider.
