Bottle: Poured a deep copper color with a small foamy head with low retention and no lacing. Aroma of spices and herb is more dominant then expected. Taste is very strong on spices and herb with one spices, which I can identified, really coming through – maybe a tad too much. Body is bit thin for style with medium to low carbonation and no signs of alcohol. Not bad but spices are somewhat of an overkill.

Bottle: Pours a burnished copper color with red highlights...fair cap for the style. Aromas of fruits and spice over sweetness. Profile: In the front, the ample maltyness gets wiped out by fruit-spice tastes and nippy juniper-like herbal notes...crashing flavor profile...center gets more complex...finish is clean and puckering. Very good effort. I’m not well acquainted with the cuvee styles but this was a very flavorful satisfying ale with a devastating flavor profile.
