Sumac is a delicious treat that flowers every summer throughout North America. A favourite of the robin, this roadside delicacy imparts a red colour and a very tart flavour to any beverage. This Berliner Weisse is made with 80 lbs of Northern Ontario sumac and is highly carbonated to provide a refreshingly sour beer. Best served cold in a champagne flute.
