Pours a clear coppery amber with a thick, though effervescent, eggshell head. Fruity aroma has sour apple and pear components, plus a hint of butterscotch. Sour apple dominates the flavor, but lets through pear, malty, and subtle earthy notes. Lively texture has average fizz but good viscosity. Watch out for me, for I am an incorrigible punster - so don’t incorrige me, especially after a few brewskis!
