A delightful summer ale for easy sipping and a classic Belgian yard game for easy enjoyment, Rolle Bolle is how we roll. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop, this beer pours a brilliant blonde, with a fluffy, white head. Earthy and tropical tones carry the aroma and the taste follows accordingly. Rolle Bolle’s hint of tartness is backed with the citrus bite of Cascade and Centennial hops. Oats add some creaminess to the mouthfeel, and it finishes dry and clean. Time to get in the yard, crack a bottle and start rolling. Birthdate: April, 2013 Calories: 155 Hops: Target, Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial Malts: Pale, Oats Fruits/Spice: Monk Fruit, Soursop Body: Light Aroma: Gentle aromas of fruits, including juicy fruit gum, citrusy lemon, and a fruity white wine with a hint of herbal, flint and spice. Mouthfeel: Nice light creamy texture from the oats and a crisp finish. Flavor: Mild malty and fruity sweetness with a hint of tartness and a bitter nip at the end. Visual: Pale sunshine yellow; bright white foam and lacing.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear yellow with a medium frothy white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is floral grains with some fruits.
The flavor is sweet bready malts, earthy yeast with some fruits, lemon zest and spices (corriander). The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a decent light spicy fruity Belgian. -

Pours an extremely light amber with a 4 finger head that takes its sweet ass time. Aroma is very malty with a slight hint of lemon. Tastes is creamy yet dry with hints of lemon and malts. Finishes off sticky and dry. For what it is it can be good.

I have no idea what monk fruit or soursop is, but I kinda dig em. Pours a clear golden yellow w white thin head. Feel is light, as is the flavor and aroma, but the light hopping combined with the tropical fruitiness and slight tart finish works. Too simple to really stand out, but an ok summer brew. Even though you'd think to drink such a light brew colder, it really opened up nicely.

Comes out of the tap a clear amber - not much head from the pour, but the off-white head does leave some good lacing. Aroma is mainly fruity with a yeasty undertone. Crisp, refreshing flavor is a nice introduction to summer - fruity, malty, a little yeasty, subtly sweet. Texture has average fizziness and viscosity. If not New Belgium’s best, certainly a decent one.

"Ale brewed with soursop and monkfruit".. What in hell is soursop and monkfruit??? The dont sell that in any grocery store i have been in. Anyway Nice clear golden body with lots of epervecent bubbles quickly rising, the head is a thin white one, but it leaves some pretty thick lace, very nice.. Aromas of malts and some citrus like notes, must be the monkfruit or the soursop, either way not bad. Flavor is pretty similar to the aroma with the malts taking the lead and the fruit poping up in the middle and fading on the back side, a bit odd but not offensive.

Yellow pour with a tall white head and some lacing throughout. Light Belgian yeasts in the upfront nose and flavor, nice light sweetness, clean although light hops bitter and linger. Refreshing if anything.

This beer pours a really bright hazy yellow. A nice looking beer. The nose was a little flat for me but you could certainly pick up some funk. The mouthfeel was pretty close - mildly weighty and coating. The flavor was a tad funk and fruit - lemon predominately. I'd have this again - a completely non-offensive beer.
