In celebration of Cinco De Mayo and to honor the brewing traditions of Mexico, we’ve brewed this Lager with a combination of barley and corn much like turn of the century Lager. Traditional german noble hops were used for bittering, while New Zealand Wai-iti hops were used to add a slight hint of lime zest to the aroma, so no lime is required! Clear, crisp, and perfectly paired with spicy food, this lager is the one you want when things start heating up!
