Waving wheat sure smells sweet, and nothing says O-K-L-A-H-O-M-A better than a crisp, refreshing, wheat beer. Brewed with Oklahoma Red Wheat, American and European barley, and Cluster and German Hallertauer hops. Developed by our good friend and award-winning home brewer of 25 years, Gary Shellman. This may very well be the perfect wheat beer.

Pours light hazy amber with a small, yet fluffy, head. Grain and hops in the aroma translates to the flavor, although neither are impressive. All in all, drinkable, but nothing to brag about. Slick, thick finish.

First beer of the day .. . Pours a tan brown, light wispy foam- .. light wheat, barley, grains, and touches of bitterness .. quite refreshing .. Even though its from americas stinkhole, Oklahoma, its decent .. . . Dang it, I am sick and tired of everyone's asinine ideas about me. I'm not a redneck, and I'm not some Hollywood jerk. I'm something else entirely. I'm... I'm complicated!
