Thanks to PaleAleRider for this one for my b-day, brought back from the brewery. Pours a light hazy, golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and some light foamy lacing. Smells very yeasty with some mild fruity malt notes. Some fruitiness again in the taste, but something is bugging me (kind of like too much yeast - or wrong one). Hints of sourness, but nothing too strong. I remember liking the Coopers Sparkling Ale, but this is not quite what I remember from the classic.
