Two kinds of roasted malt give this beer its depthness of color and flavor. Yes, it's brewed to emulate the most famous stout, Guinness, but of course we've added on our own special TLC. Conditioned and served with nitrogen, it will have a beautiful creamy appearance and mouth feel. Moderately hopped as well.

Pours an opaque black colour with reddish tint near the bottom of the glass. Head was finger sized, tan and nutty. Wood, soft smoke, and black licorice flavors, mouthfeel was light and creamy- however taste was slightly metallicy near the finish.

Served from a nitro tap, this Dry Stout has the expected creamy tan head over a dark brown ruby-hued body. A fine roasted coffee nose anticipates the, full, smooth, roasted malt and chocolate taste. The finish is lightly sweet-sour and smooth. This is a fine Irish; very drinkable with good flavor.
