Murray's Sunrise Wheat Beer is based on the traditional Belgian Wit beer style and is made from both malted and unmalted grains, coriander and orange peel, with a touch of Australian Yellow Box honey. The beer pours with a pale straw colour and compact white head. The citrusy aroma is backed up in the mouth with ripples of spicy tartness providing a clean, smooth and refreshing finish. Fantastic with mussels steamed in beer, or try with a salad.
