Weird... comes in a bomber, but with a twist-off neck. Pours a dark brown colour with mohagony highlights. Tanned head with nice lacing and a ring that stays (unlike the head). Very slow carbonation. Malty nose with a sweetness of red apples. Thin mouthfeel with very little stickiness. At first, a real bad taste with some rustiness and mild infection. Then, the mouth got used to it, and got better. The red apples are there too, with the malt. Interesting aftertaste, where roasted malt appears and then, some very light chocolat. Alcohol is very well-hidden and drinkability is decent. Will stick with Unibroue for Quebec 9% ABV beers.
