Another brew purchased at the Dépanneur de la Rive in Cap-Rouge, Quebec. Pours an amber-honey colour with a good foamy off-white head. Retention is decent and lacing is pretty good. Bitter nose, with Belgian yeast, grainy malt and hints of molasse. Thin mouthfeel. Good hoppy taste in the start, with some sweetness in the finish and some mild molasse in the aftertaste. Clove is also present in the aromas and taste. Kind of weird and different, not extremely pleasant.
