    Bought at the Dépanneur de la Rive in Cap-Rouge, Quebec. Pours a lightly cloudy blonde colour with a fizzy white head. Retention is poor, and so is lacing. Small tiny spec of different shape that are darker are floating all over. Not too many though. The nose is sour at first with the thought of going bad, going through my head. Then, the satisfying sweetness kicks in. Mmmm..... maple syrup. Mouthfeel is kind of watery and mildly fizzy. Thankfully, the taste is better. The infection still persist at the beginning with some sourness, but then, again, the maple comes to the rescue... in the aftertaste. Some green apples in there in the middle. Tastes like the hard candy made from maple syrup and a bit of "sucre-à-la-crème". Nice and light, but still prefer the Schoune à l'Èrable.
