Dark mahogany in color, clear, nice medium sized tan head, recedes quickly leaving a nice layer on the brew. Good glass lacing. The aroma is caramel and chocolate with maybe some cinnamon and ginger. Roasted malt scent is present in the background. The taste is a mouthful of flavors, malted caramel, some ginger, some orange spice expressions, finish is dry with ginger hints. The mouth feel is medium bodied, medium carbonation.
