Blond ale strong beer that made in Judean Mountain of Jerusalem with special unique recipe. A fresh Ale with fruit taste that leaves you with aftertaste of mild bitter grapefruit. Our beer undergoes a process of second fermentation in the bottled and unfiltered to preserve the natural taste. The beer undergoes a process of maturation of few weeks to balance and Marge between the flavour. May contain Yeast residue on the bottom. Kosher

    330ml bottle from the 2015 International Advent Calendar. No head, no ring, and a pour of cloudy dark orange. Blonde Ale??? Not much of a nose here, maybe a whiff of sour/tart. Mouthfeel just okay. Flavour - mehhhh. Odd elements in the flavour, along some tartness. At least the finish was slightly less bad, with a sweet note. Lots of sediment in the bottom. Would've been a drainpour but for the fact this was my first Israel beer.
