We run this light lager through a coarse filtration to retain its hearty and healthy components. Straw in color, and lightly flavored. This beer is hard to keep in the tank!

This is a great beer...the best from St Louis. I always try to make my way down to Morgan Street Brewery when I'm in town to have a pint of their Honey Wheat. All around, this is the best wheat beer I have had. Good mix of wheat, citrus and carbonate.

This is a wheat beer to be avoided. Very thin on the tongue. There are notes of wheat and honey in the aroma, and residual spices. The flavour is semi-sweet for a wheat beer, but gets acidic as it warms.

An overall very nice wheat beer, although slightly sweet for my taste... never-the-less, a very good beer. Cloudy golden amber with a two-finger head that laces well... good head retention. The flavor and aroma fell slightly short of the mark, but overall a nice experience.

Sampled on tap at Morgan Street. Out of all the 7 people sitting at our table, everyone had good opinions about this beer. I was excited to try it. The honey wheat poured a clear, tarnished gold with only a collared head and no lacing. After reading Drew's review above, I wonder if I got an improperly cleaned glass. Its aroma was too faint to comment on, but its flavor was pleasing: semi-sweet with hard candy and floral hops. Perhaps the honey sweetness killed the wheat tartness i was hoping for. Medium-bodied, lightly carbonated and smooth. The worst pour I had at Morgan Street, but still, an O.K. beer.

The best looking honey wheat I may ever see, great lacing and consistant head, yet dry and pretty boring. Less wheat, less barley, less honey and less hops than I would have liked, try again Morgan Street.
