    Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a big frothy off-white head, very long lasting with some patchy foamy lace. Apple aromas and other fruity malts with some nice spices that are well-blended. The taste has this fruitiness (lots of apples again) with hints of honey, spices and decent hops. Some nice bite in the finish. Belgian yeast. Interesting brew. Not the typical Biere de garde I am use too, but might actually be better.
