Brewed for Taco Mac's March 2019 Beer of the Month, this hoppy pale wheat ale gets its stone fruit notes thanks to Mosaic and Citra hops. It is crisp yet soft thanks to Pilsner and Munich malts and (of course) wheat.

Taps nearly opaque apricot with a fair ivory head. Aroma presents resiny hops, stone and tropical fruit with a little citrus, wheat and a bit of raw malt. Flavor yields piney hops, wheat, stone and tropical and citrus fruit, subtle malt. Texture presents good body and peppy fizz. I'll call it what I want!
