Can we brew more than mainly Stouts and IPAs? Absolutely! Here, our first wheat beer! Refreshing, soft, and full. Classic wheat beer, but of course with a Moersleutel twist. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin at various moments during the brewing process, for refreshing tones reminiscent of white wine, but with the complexity of craft beer. We selected a befriended hop farm in New Zealand for a shared passion for the craft, and the clay ground which houses the plants, adding new layers of depth to to hops. Belgian yeast for added complexity and a slightly hazy color due to the light malts. In short, Windmill Wit is an accessible beer with plenty left to discover. Cheers!

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 5.5%. Moderately hazy and very pale yellow colour, huge white head. Aroma of wheat, orange peel and crushed white grapes, a hint of coriander seeds. Wheaty and citric flavour, fairly dry, moderate notes of coriander seeds, noticeable bittering hops in the finish.
