At the 2023 St. Augustine Craft Brewers' Fest, we intended to debut this nameless beer at 3PM - as advertised on our menu board. When a patron requested the "3 O'clock Doppelbock" at 1PM, we decided to roll with the name (and make our menu board less confusing).
