330 ml capped bottle, as 6.5 % ABV. Poured a cloudy rich golden-amber coloured ale with a good one finger slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is yeast, sourish fruits, green apples, oranges, citrus. The flavour is rich, caramel malts, biscuits, yeast, fruity, green apples, grapefruits, oranges, citrus, spicy, cinnanom, a point of pepper and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is creamy and fulled. This fulled bodied ale has a long fruity and bitter finish. A well tasting ale from Wallonia.

Hazy yellow colour with a small white foam. Fresh, fruity and a bit tangy aroma of Seville oranges, lemon, mint, spices and wet grass. Medium-bodied with a dryish, almost medicinal flavour of citric fruit, mint and grass. herbal and yeasty finish with touches of citric fruit. Nice and refreshing with a pleasant mouth cleansing character.
