The beer pours a hazed caramel gold colour with a small white head which quickly disappears to a thin ring. The aroma is wheat, tropical fruit, citrus, and light spices. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, with average carbonation. Flavour is more grassy than wheat, although there is a definite grapefruity flavour among the citrus. Finish is bitter. Alcohol is slightly noticeable. -

Hazy golden colour with a thin lasting white head with decent lacing. Very tasty beer. Nice mix of wheat and ipa. Grainy flavours are more dominant with floral and grassy hops. I think even slop drinkers could appreciate this.

On tap at the Ottawa brewpub. Pours a small foamy white head and has a slightly hazy golden orangey appearance. Lots of dirty lacing. Aromas are quite fruity, citrus hops, oranges. Flavours are very much wheaty, some hints of yeast, citrusy, some floral hops. Has a little but of a tarty finish. Medium bodied mouthfeel. Good retention. Has some similarities with the west coast ipa, more like moutheel and flavours but definitely not appearance. Quite tasty.

White IPA at 7% ABV. at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a white cap, decent retention and creamy lacing. Fresh grassy citrus hop aromas. The taste has this same great hoppiness with grapefruit notes, well-blended but the wheat softness. Refreshing crisp mouthfeel with a nice dry finish. Quite a nice easy-drinking white IPA with a nice balance between the two styles with the alcohol well-hidden.
