Danish: Mørk, næsten sort stout med et flot og cremefarvet skum. En stout med stor fylde, krydret med stjerneanis og fennikelfrø. En sprød lækker jule stout - som du aldrig har fået den før. English: A dark, almost black stout with a beautiful cream coloured head. A rich stout, spiced with aniseed and fennel seed. A delicious Christmas Stout - like you have never seen it before.

50cl bottle from a trade with Cunningham. Pours very dark, close to black, with a beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice, chocolate, coffee and hints of spices and caramel. Medium sweet with roasty and spicy flavours and a moderate bitterness. Medium body with a slightly soft carbonation. Nice and flavourful stout with some spicy notes.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.6%. Black colour, huge tan head. Moderate but nice aroma of mild coffee with just a hint of aniseed. Nice and full mouthfeel, medium sweet, roasty notes of coffee and dark chocolate, also moderate notes of aniseed and fennel seeds. Okay.
