Fruit Pét-Nat with Discovery apples and "retired" wild blueberries from our mead production. Contains natural sediments due to being bottled before fermentation has finished. PS: Fermented to dryness - zero dosage ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apples: Discovery Blueberries: Wild Blueberries (from making Norwalien Happiness) Honey: Wildflower (not added by itself, but residual honey brought with the spent fruit) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Circularity is our series of products utilizing fruit that normally would have been just thrown away / treated as food waste by following a linear economic model (take, make and dispose). We use so much fruit in our meads, and to obtain a product of the highest quality we don't press our fruit dry of liquid. This wet fruit, still containing tons of flavor from both fruit and honey, is used another time to create the products in this series.
