Our Dark Wheat is made from 50% wheat malt and Hallertau hops are used to form a well hopped amber beer. Most try this beer with a lemon but you can usually catch the brewer enjoying it with a lime

as i write this, one week ago exactly, i was sitting in the Merchant Ale House in St Catherines, Canada drinking this beer on draft .. . light mud and fresh wheat .. some mud aftertaste .. . muddled and not that enjoyable .. . .
