Absolvinator ist ein kräftiges, malzaromatisches dunkles Starkbier in der Tradition der Fastenbiere von Ostern. Als einziges Bier, das den Namen einer Schülerverbindung trägt, wird es eingebraut aus dunklen Spezialmalzen und nach dem klassichem Brauverfahren produziert. Vier Monate gereift, kommt es zu Beginn der Fastenzeit beim traditionnellen Starkbieranstich zum Ausstoss.

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, very strong on the malts as well as some notes of alcohol. Flavour is caramel malts, some fruits, alcohol as well as some mild earthyness. Aftertaste is dominated by sweet malts, mild fruityness as well as some alcohol.
