Mehana Humpback Blue Beer is our own Hawaiian-style Kolsch Ale. It is modeled after a well-known German ale, but made milder with a little more carbonation for local tastes. It is light-bodied with subtle Northwest-style hoppiness and a clean finish. It's medium gold colored with a tight billowy head.

Quite boring. plain grainy taste with the usual cirtus and flowery bit thats overdone in a glass filled with sweet beer. Slighlty malty and finishes with the same old light hop taste. Too watery. Mid-grade golden colour with unattractive head. Don't see why I'd pick this up again, unless I could sample it on tap while fresh and slammed.
