A cold brew that's also a cold brew. A "cold 'cold brew' brew," why not? Our friends at the McMenamins Coffee Roaster supplied us with some of the great beans used to make everyone's favorite flavorful cold brew coffee. We soaked the grounds in a batch of mild Brown Ale overnight, then put it on Nitro to make it creamy. The result is a smooth, refreshing coffee brown with very little bitterness.
