Aged for anywhere from 8 mos. to 2 years in the cabinet of the entrance to the brewpub. Poured a hazy, orange, gold with a small white head and alittle lacing. Musty aroma of brett, citrus fruit, and mild hops. Spicy, citrus, brett taste, finished hoppy, also rather dry and earthy.
