Clean, light golden-peach-pink colour with a fizzy warm-pinkish white head, decent stay for a cider and no lacing left. Fresh apple juices in the nose with a hint of caramel. The mouthfeel is crisp, refreshing with enough stickiness on the tongue to be pleasant. Very nice tiny bubble, active carbonation. Some good sweetness, fruitiness of apples in the taste. Quite a nice, easy-drinking rosé cider with real natural apples.
