At last there's one Resolution you'll want to stick to… At 4.7% Marston's Resolution is an unusually strong premium ale that's double fermented during the brewing process to turn all the sugar into alcohol. Making it the lowest carbohydrate and lowest calorie ale on the market. And because it's crafted in true Marston's fashion, using only the finest hops and barley, it's great tasting full flavoured and refreshingly crisp and light. So it's surprisingly easy to drink and wont leave you feeling full and bloated like other beers. (275 ml bottle). A low carb bitter - what an idea! Commercial description: "Full flavoured English beer" - my ass! Weak malty aroma, very weak flavour. They sure haven’t used too much of the Golding and Fuggle hops which the label boasts! Quite dry. I used most of it to wash down a meal. Definitely not a beer I’ll buy again!

Bottled. Golden colour, decent white head. Malty hayish aroma, and like tbone_ said earwax. Light malty flavour with a sweet caramellish finish. Not much aftertaste.
