The crystal malt, Fuggle and Golding hops provide a good foundation for this full bodied beer. It has a gentle rum aroma and a rich, smooth flavour, thanks to the dark unrefined sugar. The addition of Carribean rum adds another degree of subtle complexity.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some sweet notes. Flavour is being quite much the same. Still a quite pleasantly balanced thing.
