Crisp and pure. This pilsner goes down smooth but has a very unique taste. In some ways, this beer is like a traditional pale lager in its drinkability and clean taste.

The beer pours a translucent pale gold with a thin white head that is short lived. Effervescence is high. The aroma is grainy malt, earthy hops, and light yeast. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is well balanced between the malt and the hops. Cereal malts followed by a mildly bitter finish. Worth trying again.

Love the smell of this one from the get-go. Beautiful spicy hops with maybe a little of that cilantro hint I love in some of these hops. Clean, light golden colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and some creamy-foamy lacing. Somewhat crisp mouthfeel with some nice wetness and a tad dry finish. The taste is not as crazy, but does the job for the style. Thankfully the wheat is not as strong. A decent pils.
