As a celebration of the U.S. hop harvest in mid-September, we bless you with the finest of Northwest Love. 38 lbs Centennial and Cascade hops were sent overnight to us the day of the harvest and in our kettle the following morning, 18 hours later, for a smooth essence-of-hop-oil aroma and flavor. This golden ale is high in hop aroma and flavor without being bitter and dries to the palette reminiscent of fresh hop fields. A perfect accompaniment for chicken quesadillas or other spicy dishes.

Poured a bright golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus, and lemongrass. Taste of grassy hops, toffee malts, light honey, and a light grapefruit hop finish.
