Made of malts: dark ale, dark caramel, coffee, pils, rye. Birch sap added to the water. Bartender at MiniBaari in Seinäjoki (which is now considered as the "brewpub") marketed this as "A warming dark beer for the Winter season".

Draught@MiniBaari, Seinäjoki (which now is considered to be the "brewpub"). Dark rubyish brown colour with a small, but longlasting foamyish head. Aroma is slight roasted malts and coffee with some strange sweetish hints. Flavour is dark fruit, roasted malts, caramel with some acidic sweetness. Was said by the bartender to be a "warming dark beer for the winter". My comment after having tasted it "Quite dark lagerish, which still makes you freeze when going out". Addition: ", atleast unless you finish the keg by yourself".
