Pure Dutch Clover Honey added during the brewery process adds an enjoyable crispness to this very drinkable Blonde Ale. Fuggles hops provide the balance making this the lightest of the Wilmington Brewing Company line of fine English Ales

3/3/04 Bottle. Label claims Wilmington Brewing, NC but labels and beer names match this description. Pale honey (imagine that) color is actually quite attractive - medium to small, fizzy head that vaporizes to a trace. Minimal visible carbonation. Smells like a honey hard candy or one of those honey throat lozenges, white bread lightly toasted. So far so good. Malty sweetness up front changing quickly to bell pepper, sweaty t-shirt (and not in a good way). A tingling astringency follows. A truly horrible flavor and palate after a promising appearance and aroma - a trend with this breweries products, I think. Drain Pour.

Wasn't great, but it certainly wasn't as bad as the 1.72 rating it currently has. I would say that this is average, and it actually tastes alot better warm.
