Sampled at the Bistro 7th Annual Barrel Aged Festival on 11/10/2012. This fruit-lambic beer pours a hazy light gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, with some strawberry and some tartness. A light to medium bodied fruit-lambic beer. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal. The strawberry flavor is slightly tart and semi sweet. Nice carbonation. Mild tartness. Milder easy drinking sour. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
