A Stout beer in the style of the great Irish brews made with Pale, Black and Chocolate malts with a heavy use of Roasted Barley to dry out the palate and lend a very roasty finish to this beer. A very malt accented brew that is lightly hopped with the English hop varietal First Gold. This beer is jet black in color and is unfiltered.

Another standout of the evening: the cask edition of this stout. Very dark ruddy brown with persistent thin but dense cap. Aroma of vanilla and rich caramel, sweet whiskey. Yummy smoke and great char with a sweet backbone and bitter bite at the back. Crazy creamy smooth, like velvet. Terrific.
