Inspired by the Kölsch beers of Cologne Germany, this straw-blonde ale is subtly hopped, fermented with ale yeast and then lagered cold. The results, a light-bodied brew with a delicate fruity aroma of an ale and a crisp clean finish of a lager.

Pours a huge foamy white head, good retention. Has a clear yellow golden appearance. Average carbonation. Grainy and malty aromas, nothing special sticking out. Flavours are basically identical to aroma, maybe a little bit of sweet malts and grass. Mild and dry finish. It's ok, refreshing and made for hot days.

Clean golden colour with a little tiny particles floating around. White frothy cap, average retention and some thick foamy lace. Cereal grainy aromas which fits the style with some hints of hay. The taste has this grainy flavour with the typical spicy hops of Creemore (which I do like). Nothing too crazy, but good for a Kölsch overall.
