Sampled on 5/26/2012. This Belgian Triple pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small top no head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, touch of apricot and orange. Yeasty and floral. A medium bodied Triple. The malts are fruity and sweet, apricots and oranges with a touch of cereal. The hops are floral. Nice very fine carbonation, lots and lots of little bubbles. Slightly sweet tasting. There just seems there should be something more here, nothing bad about this beer, but it seems lacking something. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

From Pt Roberts (WA) Marketplace, in a bomber, at the nice price of $3.19 (same bottle was $8.99 on my side of the border!). Cloudy gold pour under a smallish, frothy white head. Bouquet was fresh, spicy, and yeasty. Flavour was of spices, yeast, fruit, and alcohol. Substantial mouthfeel, moreso than expected. Finish was peppery and alcohol. Nice.

A nice session beer, it has the taste of a belgian triple, but seems more like a blend with a lager. It's not a very complex flavor, but has the signature elements of a belgian. Very nice for session drinking - I wanted to say that again. I despise Sling Shot, from this same brewer, but recommend this Spine Tingler. Nice stuff!

Aroma is not strong but still inviting, fruity, malty and a little yeasty. It pours a clear solar yellow with a thick, fluffy and rather persistent white head. Rich flavor has firm pear, banana and yeasty notes with a malty underpinning and a subtle alcohol nip. Lively, fizzy flavor gets the attention of your mouth and trachea - you can feel it all the way down to your tummy. A spine tingler indeed!

A golden colored beer with a big foamy textured, white head that rises briefly above. It settles into a thin ringlet. The nose light than the tasting is as in the tasting about spices, coriander, pepper and enough alcohol tingle in a medium bodied, smooth beer.
