Girl Hold My Earrings is a step up to the plate Berliner Weisse with tart and sassy additions of rhubarb and raspberry. A gorgeous glass of pinky orange colour with an effervescence that mimics the champagne of the north. Our very own Chantelle Webb designed the recipe and just like her it has slightly sour notes with a sweet dryness that smacks you right back to summer. You wanna go girl?
