Poured pale straw yellow with a foamy white head. The aroma was wheat and a bit of citrus - mainly grapefruit and a lot of lemon. The taste follows the aroma, with a touch of wheat tang and lots of fruity, hoppy goodness: grapefruit, grapefruit rind, white grape skins, orange peel and a nice lemony finish. Very tasty for such a "light" beer. Mouthfeel: Light, good carbonation.
