Drank this from the bottle on a warm day riding a motor bike. Just to cool down and have some fun in a bike place. For that it is just fine, don’t think I need to say more. (Houston 201205)

pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is mild, some notes of corn. The taste is also of corn, a good bit of sweetness to it. The mouthfeel is light in the mouth and has good drinkability. Overall, as far as light beers go, this one is not so bad.

LOL. The only beer worse than Bone Star is Bone star light. I expected as much from the Bone star state. I bet Back Brown, Bill Buttchamp and the Texass shorthorns really like this one after getting pounded by other Big 12 teams.

brewed in the philippines by asia brewery. 5% abv. sampled it in cans. nothing to say about the aroma. mouthfeel was extremely watery. flavor was mild with subtle hints of cheap grains added into the brew. a cross between distilled water and beer.

Nope not a keeper. It was just too light. It is good to sluce down food with but why this when there are other options. It is probably one of the lightest light beers I have tried.

I'd say that it's about what I expected - not much. On par with other mass-produced light beers and nothing special to write about. On the other hand, it wasn't as bad as some others.

Very standard for a light beer, rather watery but i would say it is better than most other light beers like bud, miller, coors. Its great for tubing trips on the river.

Smooth taste but lacks real flavor for a light beer. More of a watery taste than a beer taste. It's ok but not like you might expect some other premium American light beers to taste.

Pale yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma and flavour in this one pretty much like in the "normal" version, but I do feel like this one may have a bit of rice or maize in it, since along with a slight hoppyness it has a strange sweetness in it. Not too bad, but most likely not needed to buy this one again... Has a bit same issues as Bud has with the "Swedish" Bud 3.5%, the lower % beer tastes more... erraneous! Got both Lone Star and this from a friend who just came back after a few years in the states... without knowing I rate beer, so I was happy that he had brought some stuff with him and he decided to let me taste a "few" new ones...

Decent for a very cheap beer, although I would only drink it for drinking games in place of other cheap beers like Natural light or Keystone light though.
