Prepare to wet the moustache with this experimental brew. This delicious wheat beer features both malted and unmalted grains including the flavourful einkorn variety. Our friend Paul Spence grew the einkorn on his farm in Chatham-Kent and the magnum hops were grown in Norfolk county.
