Birra ambrata. Ad alta fermentazione, gusto secco con una doppio luppolazione, equilibrata al gusto per l'utilizzo di malto caramellato. La 9 riesce ad accompagnere tutte le portate più strutturate e speziate. Rifermentata in bottiglia.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy ruby-brown coloured Ale with a generous three fingers beige and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is aromatic hops, caramel malts, fruity, citrus and notes of coffee. The flavour is sweety and caramel malts, yeasty, flowery, violet, fruity, lychees. The mouthfeel is creamy, a bit oily and overall very smooth. This medium bodied Ale has a well done malty / hoppy balance and a lingering floral hoppy finish. The afertaste is a no-end deep floral hoppy bitterness. A beautiful gift from Toscana. Grazie mille ! More a Pale as a Belgian Ale.
