Birra chiara. Ad alta fermentazione, gusto secco con una leggerezza sul palato dovuta ad una calibrata luppolazione, redono La 5 molto beverina e ideale in qualsiaci occasione, con abbinamenti ohe vanno dallia carne agli insaccati fino ai formaggi e ai dolci più sfiziosi. Rifermentata in bottiglia.

750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered cloudy golden-orange coloured Chiara ( blonde ) with a white two fingers foamy head that had a long retention and innumerable micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is herbal hops, spicy with a touch of honey and a bunch of flowers. The flavour is overwhelmed by the bitterness of surprising piney hops, fruity, citrus, flowery, violet and a point of honey. The mouthfeel is fizzy and fulled. This medium bodied Chiara has a lingering strong hoppy bitter finish. A very tasting Chiara with US-accents, a well done surprise from italian Toscana.
