A refreshing summer beer brewed using barley malt, as well as unmalted wheat, and added a bit of citrus notes from grated citrus peal, and brewed with two sorts of hops, one for bitterness and one for aroma. It is inspired by a Belgian Wit beer.

A hazy golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet citrusy with light notes of yeast and grain. The flavor is sweet citrusy combined with light notes of wheat and grass, leading to a slightly bitter finish. The body is thin. OK, but nothing exciting about it. The name is very misleading calling a Wit beer for a bajer, which means the the beer originates in Bavaria.
