Light and refreshing straw colored ale made with a blend of pale, pilsner and wheat malts. Lightly hopped with noble hops and a tiny bit of orange peel for a crisp, light citrus finish. Named after quite a female philanthropist in Folsom's past, who ran the town brothel in the early 1900's.

Sampled on 8/12/2009. This blonde/golden ale pours a medium gold color from a 12 oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is grainy, fruity, orange and sweet. Medium bodied blonde ale. The malts are fruity and grainy. The hops are floral and earthy. Nice carbonation. This one is hoppy for a blonde ale, but still has a lot of that golden/blond sweetness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
