Cervesa ecològica d’alta fermentació elaborada amb malt tostat i caramel·litzat d’ordi i blat, llúpol i llevat. Cervesa tostada d’aromes fruitals i d’amargor suau, presenta cos redó i un sabor complex. Recomanació: la mateixa. A més aquesta cervesa marida bé amb verdures de sabor intens i picant (albergínies) i carns roges a la brasa. També amb fumats i escabetxos.
