Pours out in a pale clear golden colour. Rich fluffy white foam. Sharp lemony aroma wcich shows signs of infection. Subtle notes of banana and raw yeast. Light-bodied. Dryish lemony flavour with touches of yeast and biscuit. Medium bitter finish of grass and orange-peels with notes of over-riped banana. A quite funny take of the style but not really quaffable. Unpolished.
